Patient Advocate Patient advocate registration rate is reserved exclusively for patient advocates and is not intended for medical professionals. Individuals interested in registering under this category must work or volunteer for national or international non-for-profit patient advocacy organizations focused in hematology/oncology. iwCLL reserves the right to request verification for industry or patient advocate identification to qualify for the discounted rate.

Young Investigator Meeting A Young Investigator is defined as any physician or scientist who is presently in a residency, fellowship, or doctoral training program, or who has been in such a program within the past 10 years. These could also be students in graduate or medical school working toward a career in hematology/oncology in the areas of clinical and/or basic research.

Registration and payment to the conference workshop is separate from the Young Investigator Meeting and will be required if you would like to attend.

Resident/Fellow Registration

iwCLL reserves the right to request verification for resident/fellow identification to qualify for the discounted rate.

Accompanying Persons

Accompanying persons are spouses, guests, or partners of full registrants who have registered as an accompanying person on a delegate’s registration form. The $225 accompanying persons fee includes access to the welcome reception, workshop exhibition, breakfast, and coffee breaks.

Group Registration

Group Registration will use the same registration link as individual registrations. Please note, you will need to enter the number of attendees per registration type to register multiple attendees. The system requires individual entry; there is no bulk upload option for group registration.

All registrations require immediate payment. Payments may be made via credit card or wire transfer.

Conference Access

Name badges must always be clearly visible to obtain entry to all sessions and to all included social functions. The conference managers expect appropriate behavior from attendees and reserve the right to revoke the badge and privileges of anyone behaving in an inappropriate manner.

Registration Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing to the conference organizers at iwcll@bioascend.com A cancellation fee of 25% will be assessed on refunds requested through May 5, 2023. There will be a 50% fee on refunds requested May 6, 2023 – June 5, 2023, and a 75% fee on refunds requested June 6, 2023 – September 5, 2023. No refunds will be made after September 6, 2023.

Substitutions can only be applied to the same conference, and only one (1) substitution will be honored. A fee will be applied to additional substitutions.

iwCLL reserves the right to modify or cancel any or all activities associated with this meeting due to unforeseen circumstances. In the event of a meeting cancellation, full refunds of the registration fee, less a processing charge, will be processed within 30 days of the cancellation date.

You can make changes to your registration record or transfer your registration to another individual through September 6, 2023, without penalty. After September 6, 2023, you must contact iwcll@bioascend.com to request any changes and a change fee of $75.00 will apply.

The official housing room blocks and discounted conference room rates are all sold out at this time. There are still rooms available to book at host hotels at prevailing rack rates. Insurance

Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. It is strongly recommended that at the time you register for the conference and book your travel you take out an insurance policy of your choice. The policy should include loss of fees/deposit through cancellation of your participation in the conference, or through cancellation of the conference, loss of international/domestic air fares through cancellation for any reason, loss of tour monies through cancellation for any reason including airline or related services strikes, failure to use tours or prebooked arrangements due to airline delay, force majeure, or any other reason, medical expenses (including sickness and accident coverage), loss or damage to personal property, and additional expenses and repatriation should travel arrangements have to be altered. The conference managers will not take any responsibility for any participant failing to arrange his or her own insurance. This insurance is to be purchased in your country of origin.
