The XX International Workshop on Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia in Boston, MA offers the opportunity for ISS to be held in conjunction with its biennial meeting. Industry supported satellite symposia play an important role in supporting the needs of iwCLL participants by offering additional educational opportunities. The iwCLL program committee will review all educational topics and proposed speakers. The iwCLL Committee encourages speakers/faculty not part of the program agenda be considered for satellite symposium. All symposia must be independent medical education (accreditation not required; no product theaters will be allowed)

While all applications are considered, final approval is the decision of the iwCLL program committee. 

iwCLL will not designate CME or CE credit for these programs. Those wishing to offer accredited education must obtain accreditation from a source other than iwCLL. 

Applications must include the names of commercial interests, whether proposed or secured. 

Please review the application instructions and rules and regulations carefully. ISS must comply with iwCLL policies. 

• Applications for the 2023 meeting are due by July 7, 2023. Review and assignment are first come, first served.
• A $75,000 USD fee will be assessed for approved 60-minute slots. The fee includes:
  
  • ISS slot during the best available preferred time and date
    
  • Basic audiovisual package
  • Meeting room assigned in advance
    
    • Use of the General Session room will be available for CME certified symposium .  If the symposia is not CME certified, organizer will work with iwCLL staff to secure space – additional fees may apply.Inclusion of 1 dedicated marketing piece bag insert in the meeting materials distributed at registration
  • Listing of symposium on the meeting website and app and applicable onsite materials
  • One exclusive eblast sent to iwCLL registered attendees (HTML provided by symposium organizer)
  • One digital file of the iwCLL pre-registration mailing list of only attendees that have acknowledged release of their information
  • Access to iwCLL virtual attendees through the platform (additional AV fees may apply. You may choose to opt-out of this option.)

The fee does not include:

• 2- 22”x 28” signs (one to be placed in designated area and one to be placed outside the meeting room two hours prior to your symposium start time). 
• CME/CE certification/accreditation 
• Food and beverage

All other associated costs not listed above are the responsibility of the provider/sponsor.
