The International Workshop on Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia (iwCLL) is fast approaching. Please review the below information before arriving in Boston. The mobile app will be available for download for Apple and Android users beginning Sunday, October 1 (date subject to change). You will receive another communication with details at that time. Boston Logan International Airport (BOS) Information

Approximately 10 Miles (16.09 km)
to John B. Hynes Convention Center (HCC)

The HCC is conveniently located just minutes from Logan International Airport. You have many choices for quickly getting to the HCC after you land, and it’s easy to get back to the airport to catch your flight when it’s time to return home. Modes of transportation include public transit, Back Bay Logan Express, and taxi cabs. Additional information can be found HERE.

Arrivals

If you arrive at Logan International Airport on a domestic flight, you will be able to proceed straight into the terminal building to collect your luggage or exit the airport. If you have arrived on an international flight, you will have to go through immigration and passport control. Most of Logan’s international arrivals come through Terminal E for US Customs and Border Protection processing. For more information, visit HERE.

Registration and Badge Pick-up

After entering the Hynes Convention Center (HCC), proceed to Level 2, Boylston Hall and find the registration kiosks. First, print your badge from the computer kiosks then proceed to the registration desk to pick up the conference materials. Please have your confirmation with your QR code available to scan to expedite the check-in process.

COVID-19

iwCLL is not requiring physical proof of vaccination to attend the meeting. iwCLL encourages all attendees to be up to date with COVID-19 and boosters to maintain their safety as well as that of their colleagues.Testing for COVID-19 prior to attending the meeting is encouraged and we ask any attendee that tests positive not to attend the live program in Boston. In addition, anyone experiencing cold or flu-like symptoms should not attend in person. The virtual platform will be available to all attendees through the meeting website and App.Protective masks, are not required, but are strongly encouraged for all in-person attendees.

INTERNATIONAL ATTENDEES
International attendees should always check current travel restrictions to the U.S. on the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) website, before planning your travel, to make sure you will be able to enter the U.S. In addition, please monitor local regulations at home to ensure that you will be able to return from the U.S.
